Welcome to PDF Toolkit. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App. By downloading, accessing, or using PDF Toolkit, you agree to these Terms.
PDF Toolkit provides PDF reading, file organization, folder management, color tags, document scanning, PDF merging, page extraction, OCR text recognition, PDF creation, annotation, and related document management features.
You may use the App only for lawful, personal, or business purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PDF Toolkit on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, rent, or exploit the App or any part of it without our permission.
You are responsible for the files, images, scans, PDFs, text, annotations, folders, tags, and other content you import, create, edit, save, export, or share through the App.
Please do not use the App to create, store, process, or share content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
PDF Toolkit may help you merge PDFs, extract pages, create new files, perform OCR, and annotate documents. You are responsible for checking the accuracy and completeness of any processed, extracted, recognized, or edited content.
OCR results may not always be accurate, especially when the original document is unclear, handwritten, damaged, distorted, or low-resolution.
PDF Toolkit is designed to support local document management. However, you are responsible for keeping backup copies of important files.
We are not responsible for file loss, accidental deletion, failed exports, device issues, or damage caused by improper use of the App, except where required by applicable law.
Some features may require access to your camera, photo library, files, storage, or other device permissions. You can manage permissions in your device settings.
If you disable certain permissions, some App features may not work properly.
If PDF Toolkit offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payment and billing will be handled through the applicable app store.
Subscriptions, if any, will renew automatically unless canceled according to the app store’s rules. Refunds are handled by the app store unless otherwise required by applicable law.
PDF Toolkit, including its design, features, software, text, graphics, logos, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
PDF Toolkit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, file type, PDF format, or document.
You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful, unlawful, or abusive manner.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date above.
Your continued use of the App means that you accept the updated Terms.
